Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and a National Board Certified Counselor with more than 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, groups and the criminal justice system.

My approach to therapy

My primary theoretical orientation is cognitive behavior therapy; however, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques. I am EMDR trained as well as a Christian counselor and welcome clients from all backgrounds.

What you can expect from me

We all encounter various life challenges; maybe at different stages or under different circumstances but none of us should have to endure them alone. Sometimes we may need short-term support and sometimes ongoing support. Whether you simply need to hit the "restart" button to get back on track or "pause" for time to sort everything out, working together we can create and implement a plan to help you safely reach your personal dreams, desires and destination at your pace.
