Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience across medical, community, and behavioral health settings, providing therapy to adults navigating burnout, anxiety, life transitions, and identity shifts. My work is especially centered on high-achieving women and women of color who are used to being “the strong one” and are ready to prioritize themselves. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and focused on helping you build boundaries, confidence, and emotional clarity. Therapy with me is a space where you can exhale, feel seen, and move from survival mode to a more balanced, intentional life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, culturally responsive, and rooted in helping you move from survival mode to intentional living. I integrate evidence-based practices such as CBT and strengths-based therapy while also creating space to explore identity, boundaries, and the pressures of being “the strong one.” Our work is both practical and reflective, giving you tools you can use in daily life while deepening self-trust and emotional clarity. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered to make meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope will feel different in your life. I’ll ask some questions about your history, current stressors, and strengths so we can begin creating a plan that fits your goals. You’ll also have space to ask questions and get a feel for my style to make sure it feels like a good match. Most clients leave the first session feeling heard, more grounded, and clear about the next steps.
