Great to meet you!

I view therapy as a collaborative and supportive process, one in which we work together to identify goals that help you live a more fulfilling, authentic life. As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life transitions, relationship challenges, and burnout.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, compassion-focused, and tailored to each individual, integrating acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, and interpersonal interventions. I strive to create a safe space for clients to process their internal world and explore their strengths and areas of growth. Connecting with you as an individual and listening deeply to your story helps me to see your unique potential. I aim to help my clients identify the obstacles standing in the way of living a fulfilling and meaningful life that is in line with their deepest values.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about building rapport. I just want to get to know your story and what you want out of therapy.
