My name is Katie Fosselius. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Addictions Counselor. I am trained in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and use ego state parts work to help clients heal. I specialize in treating complex trauma, anxiety, depression bipolar disorder and substance use disorders.
My approach is evidenced based yet eclectic. I like to be able to taylor my style to meet your needs. I use a relational based psychodynamic approach- meaning we will work together to create work that is meaningful to you. I am trained in EMDR, ACT and somatic therapy. I also use ego state parts work to help people heal.
I hope to bring a warm and understanding environment to our sessions. In our first session I will inquire about your history and what you would like to accomplish in therapy. I will also share more about myself, how I practice and in what ways I can support you.
