Great to meet you!

I know how heavy life can feel when depression, anxiety, or past trauma take hold. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor trained in EMDR, IFS, and CBT, I specialize in helping men, women, and teens find relief, restore self-worth, and build stronger relationships through compassionate, evidence-based care.

My approach to therapy

I believe much of what we've learned when we were children sticks with us today. Some of those behaviors contribute beautifully to our personalities and ways of moving through life now. But some of those behaviors keep us stuck and contribute to ongoing challenges in relationships and self worth. My approach to therapy is examining these behaviors to see which ones you want to keep and which ones are ready to be let go.

What you can expect from me

During our work together, you will discover aspects of yourself and your life that may surprise you. You will have a greater understanding of your personal triggers and responses. And you will have a deep healing of old wounds to unlock creativity, self-compassion, and a more authentic level of connection in your relationships.
