Great to meet you!

I hold bachelor’s degrees in psychology and social work from Widener University and earned my Master of Social Work from University of Pennsylvania through their Advanced Standing program. I began my career working in schools and later spent several years in addiction treatment before returning to school-based work supporting students with emotional needs and IEPs. After obtaining my clinical license in 2020, I transitioned into private practice, moving full-time in 2023. I now specialize in working with emergency responders, which continues to be the primary focus of my practice.

My approach to therapy

My style is conversational, and I prioritize using clear, accessible language rather than heavy therapy jargon. I aim to create a space where you can openly express emotions and feel supported in processing them at your own pace. I tailor my approach using a variety of techniques based on your individual needs. I am trained in EMDR and use it to support clients working through trauma and PTSD.

What you can expect from me

I like to start by gathering the background information you feel comfortable sharing while beginning to build a strong therapeutic relationship. From there, we’ll move into developing a treatment plan together and identifying goals that feel meaningful and aligned with what you want to work toward.
