Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals (children, teens, and adults) navigate anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and the emotional weight that can come with them. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices [such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)], while also honoring your unique story and pace. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to better understand yourself, we’ll work together to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) (including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as somatic techniques to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and physical experiences. My style is warm, direct, and attuned—I’ll meet you where you are while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I specialize in working with anxiety, OCD (including often-misunderstood or misdiagnosed presentations), and life transitions, and I have a strong interest in helping clients build insight, tolerance for uncertainty, and practical coping strategies. In our work together, I focus on creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore, grow, and make meaningful, lasting changes.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where we’ll focus on getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been struggling with, and what you’re hoping might feel different in your life. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your history and current concerns, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once—we’ll go at your pace.

Together, we’ll begin identifying initial goals and what meaningful progress might look like for you, whether that’s feeling less anxious, gaining clarity, or building specific skills. You’ll also leave with a clearer sense of how I work and what our sessions will look like moving forward. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and comfortable taking the next step.
