Great to meet you!

Ideal clients are women (16+) who feel anxious, stuck, or uncertain about their path - whether due to past childhood experiences (known or unknown) or simply feeling disconnected from their sense of self. She’s ready to explore her inner world, gain clarity, and heal in a safe, supportive space. She may struggle with self-doubt, people-pleasing, or emotional overwhelm, but she’s also eager to learn, grow, and problem-solve. My approach is best for low to mid-acuity clients who are ready to engage in self-discovery, develop healthier patterns, and move forward with confidence. (High acuity clients will benefit from a higher level of care than I can provide, and/or in-person care.)

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is overall warm, empowering, and authentic. I will support you with affirmation and empowerment, while also challenging you and helping create solutions. Each client needs something a bit unique, I will work hard to help you discover exactly what you need to reach your goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect me to join them with warm guidance, while also challenging them on their journey of self-discovery.
