Great to meet you!

I have worked in residential and partial hospitalization programs, which has prepared me to care for clients with complex issues. A neurodivergent affirming approach allows me to work holistically with autistic clients and clients with ADHD. My areas of specialization include trauma, addictions, autism/ADHD and anxiety and depression. I have been working in the addictions counseling field for over 6 years, and decided to make the jump into mental health in 2020, when I began my masters degree in clinical mental health counseling. After graduating in 2023, I have dedicated my time to the treating both mental health and substance use disorders.

My approach to therapy

I am a creative and caring professional, with the goal of balancing fun and hard work in counseling sessions. I use acceptance and commitment therapy and existential therapy to help my clients learn to tolerate distress and live a meaningful life. I used a trauma focused approach and also integrate somatic techniques.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to not to help you stop feeling your uncomfortable feelings; rather, I want you to be able to experience your life to the fullest, emotions and all!
