Great to meet you!

I am a curious and compassionate therapist with 15 years of practice. I have trained with Trauma Research Foundations in Boston to develop a strong understanding of neuroscience and our nervous system. I bring that into my sessions as well as my warmth, humor and genuine desire to help you understand and have compassion towards yourself.

My approach to therapy

I work with you to first educate you about your behaviors, body and brain. Then we move to pattern recognition and skill development.

By the time you are ready to leave therapy, you understand yourself from a whole new perspective and are excellent at understanding your triggers and interventions to help yourself stay on track.

What you can expect from me

I am curious as a therapist, and want to know what your perspective is on your symptoms, your life and your relationships. I am engaging and warm. I am primarily interested in catering our sessions to make the most of your time. I want to help you get to know yourself in a deeper and more effective way.
