Great to meet you!

Relationship issues are often at the core of our suffering and can leave us feeling alone, rejected, and misunderstood. You deserve the chance to feel seen, to heal, and to grow through and toward connection. At Artemis Psychology, I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who works with individuals and couples in a range of relationship forms. I specialize in perinatal/postpartum concerns, relationship distress, and topics around sex and sexuality.

My approach to therapy

I'll help you find ways to live your authentic self and establish meaningful, loving relationships. This means exploring vulnerable topics with compassion, healing old wounds from the past, and empowering you to be your genuine self. We'll work collaboratively to understand your early life experiences and how they may be contributing to some of your struggles. My approach allows my clients to feel seen and heard, while getting the support and insight they need to heal, grow, and change.

What you can expect from me

Establishing trust, safety, and a connection are imperative to our work together. We'll spend time getting to know each other, hearing your story, and creating a road map for your goals. We'll identify important patterns that have contributed to your reasons for seeking therapy in hopes that we can help you break cycles and establish new ways of being in the world, all while practicing self-compassion and authenticity. You should expect a warm, genuine space where all of you is accepted.
