Great to meet you!

I'm an LICSW/LCSW with 18 years' experience, specializing in a range of issues including interpersonal problems, woman-centered therapy, sexuality conflicts, stress, social anxiety, infidelity, divorce/breakups via individual and couples' therapy. Certified in Motivational Interviewing. I work with clients aged 18+, and extensively with Feminist, LGBTQ+, and Veteran communities in Texas, Illinois and West Virginia. Visit collaborative-psychotherapy.com for more information.

My approach to therapy

I practice therapy through collaboration. Therapy is an investigation, and our combined experience informs the process. Everything you bring to the discussion is meaningful and helps us build rapport. Together, we'll collaborate to reach goals you set for yourself in a relaxed, safe space.

What you can expect from me

As we move through life, the conflicts within ourselves, our relationships, and our daily environments can slow our momentum. Seeking out professional, impartial support can be an important step toward regaining forward motion. We need to feel empowered in order to develop the confidence it takes to make changes and progress.
