Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping people find healing and transformation in their life. Life is challenging and messy in ways most of us didn't expect. I'm a firm believer in every person having a robust support system, including a professional therapist to help navigate the things we experience and find difficult and challenging. I have been in this field since 2010, and have spent the years working with all kinds of systems and individuals. I have worked with a wide variety of mental health diagnoses, but I have spent extra time working in grief & loss with people of all ages, and Adlerian Play Therapy with kids and families.

My approach to therapy

Collaboration with each individual is very important in each session. I have experience and education about mental health, but each individual knows their situation, their story, and themselves better than I will. Each session and each therapy must be the collaboration between the client and myself.

What you can expect from me

My intention for each client to to leave sessions with increased insight about themself, hope that change and healing is possible, and a strong sense that they aren't going through this alone.
