¡Hola! Hello! I’m bilingual in English and Spanish. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered through a person-centered approach.
I draw on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, and relationship or family conflict.
With warmth and compassion, I meet clients where they are and walk alongside them as they work toward growth and healing.
