I specialize in LGBTQ+ issues, trauma processing and recovery, and ongoing support for symptoms of depression and anxiety. I have experience working with the impacts of bullying, abuse, family conflict, and specific phobias. My approach reflects the unique life experience of each client I meet.
I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Certified Social Worker. My approach is grounded several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I integrate yoga and meditation into sessions when indicated, drawing on 20 years of experience.
