Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with specialties in anxiety, trauma, OCD, perinatal mental health, and LGBTQ. I received my bachelor of arts in psychology from Florida State University, followed by a masters and doctorate in clinical psychology from Azusa Pacific in California. I started my career in clinics and hospitals, which provided a wide range of experiences and transitioned private practice more recently.

My approach to therapy

I use several evidence based practices to ensure that clients are receiving the treatments that are most likely to help them feel relief: Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT); Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma; Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP); and mindfulness & relaxation techniques.

What you can expect from me

I love to empower my clients to be the best versions of themselves by uncovering and building upon their innate capacity to cope and thrive. I find it meaningful to sit with someone through pain they’ve felt alone with and guide them to a space of self-compassion. In therapy, I feel honored to be able to witness people’s stories and help them rewrite the narrative. I look forward to helping clients that have felt paralyzed by fear and anxiety to feel free and more fully experience life.
