Starting therapy can feel like a big step—and it takes courage. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or just trying to make sense of your life, you’re not alone. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can be fully yourself, explore your thoughts and emotions, and begin the process of healing and growth. I believe therapy should be collaborative, personalized, and rooted in genuine human connection. I’m not here to “fix” you—but to walk alongside you as you better understand yourself (your body, brain, emotions), develop new tools, and work toward the changes you want to see.
