Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step—and it takes courage. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or just trying to make sense of your life, you’re not alone. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can be fully yourself, explore your thoughts and emotions, and begin the process of healing and growth. I believe therapy should be collaborative, personalized, and rooted in genuine human connection. I’m not here to “fix” you—but to walk alongside you as you better understand yourself (your body, brain, emotions), develop new tools, and work toward the changes you want to see.

My approach to therapy

I provide trauma-informed psychotherapy, neurotherapy+brain mapping services, and comprehensive evaluations—including reunification, PRE, disability, and medical opinion assessments. I also consult with organizations on leadership, EEOC concerns, and workplace well-being, tailoring evidence-based support to promote insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re seeking personal healing, family guidance, or organizational support, I create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Guided by a commitment to compassion and genuine care—together, we can explore challenges, clarify options, and take practical steps toward growth, recovery, and healthier dynamics in your life or workplace.
