Welcome and congrats on beginning your healing journey! I'm a LCSW and Clinical Supervisor, I am a trauma therapist and also specialize in working with depression, anxiety, Bipolar disorder, intergenerational trauma/attachment patterns, and navigating life changes. I integrate various approaches to bring a tailored, holistic, depth perspective to the therapeutic process. I assist my clients in tapping into their Authentic Self, experience deep healing and transformation.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a client-centered approach and tailor the therapy journey in collaboration with clients. I take a gentle, trauma informed, and strengths based approach in working with clients. I use various modalities such as CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction/Cognitive Therapy, Somatic Therapy, IFS, and Jungian Psychoanalysis.

My goal is for you to leave every session feeling empowered, hopeful, having moments of profound insight, and self compassion. I create a Sacred therapy space where you feel held and able to connect with your most Authentic Self. When that relationship to Self is cultivated, we change and life changes in amazing ways.
