Hi, I’m Rebecca. I believe in whole-person healing, looking beyond a single concern to understand how your mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being are connected. Therapy can feel intimidating, but if you’re here, you’ve already taken an important first step.
I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s holding you back and build the confidence to live more authentically. I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, substance use challenges, and relationship difficulties, tailoring therapy to what feels most supportive and effective for you.
