Great to meet you!

We all develop ways of interacting with our world based on personal experiences. Eventually, some of these ways stop working and they may even make us feel worse. Together we will identify patterns and ways of interacting that no longer work for you. I am drawn to working Individuals who have anxiety, mood disorders and/or a history of trauma. I also enjoy working with college-age young adults as they navigate the many changes that come with growing up.

My approach to therapy

I pull from my years of training and experience to provide counseling that best fits you and your individual preferences. We will work together to identify concerns and goals, and will then create strategies to address them. I use techniques primarily based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

I strive to provide a calm, welcoming, and safe space to openly talk about your thoughts, feelings and concerns. We will identify coping strategies that will help you live the life you want for yourself.

Please note that I do not accept EAPs at this time.
