My experience has been primarily with teens and young adults who are dealing with anxiety and past trauma. I work well with clients who need help moving forward in life and figuring out how to take the next step. I’ve spent many years working with members of the Hispanic and Latino community, mostly with members of immigrant families and I’m bilingual in Spanish and English.
My focus is to help my clients find a reason that makes overcoming obstacles feel doable. Finding a goal or a reason why gives us the motivation we need to push through the barriers that might appear or just everyday life’s normal struggles. After that we start problem solving the other steps along the way.
