Great to meet you!

I hold a Masters in Social Work from The University of Denver and have 15+ years of experience in the field. I am passionate about helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s challenges and find healing.

As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), I work with children to help them express emotions, build resilience, and develop coping skills through the transformative power of play.

For adults, I utilize evidence-based approaches in addressing trauma, anxiety, and other challenges.

My approach to therapy

As an RPT, I am trained to recognize the meaning behind a child’s play and use this understanding to support emotional growth, improve social skills, and help with managing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and more.

With adults, I use a holistic approach in therapy, integrating Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness techniques to support healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, compassionate environment where they feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My goal is to help clients build resilience and gain deeper insight into themselves.

Whether through play therapy with children, EMDR for processing trauma, or mindfulness for self-discovery and balance, I tailor each session to meet my clients where they are. My hope is that every client leaves sessions feeling equipped with tools to navigate life’s challenges.
