Great to meet you!

I am a values-driven, trauma-informed, and clinically sharp therapist who knows how to meet clients where they are — with precision, creativity, and heart.

I bring a strong grounding in evidence-based practices like ACT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, but I don’t just apply interventions — I adapt them. I make therapy relational and real, helping clients connect abstract concepts (like self-as-context or emotional acceptance) to the actual struggles in their lives — whether that’s depression, rejection, psychosis, or spiritual identity.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a person centered approach. I also am trauma informed, so I do use modalities such as EMDR, ACT, and DBT which are useful at managing depression, anxiety, and also bipolar disorder.

What you can expect from me

Clients working with me get more than symptom management — they get a guide through the hard terrain of emotional growth. I am a therapist who’s not afraid to ask: What matters to you? and walk beside you as you figure that out.
