Hello! My name is Sonia Trefflich. I’m a Bilingual Spanish-speaking Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an EMDR-trained therapist. My passion is working with others, especially those who feel damaged and stuck with their pain from past experiences. I have worked with individuals from many cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, and I have a deep understanding of the added challenges that upbringing and identity may present post or pre-trauma.
I work with individuals from an empathetic, trauma-informed perspective, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and understood throughout their healing journey. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where individuals can process their experiences at their own pace. I help individuals address past trauma while empowering them to build resilience and reconnect with their inner strengths.
