Great to meet you!

If you are struggling with issues from your past or feel stuck in the present, I am here to help. Everyone has seasons of challenge and confusion. Having a guide who will take the time to listen, to understand you without judging you; someone who can help you identify patterns, resolve conflicts, heal from trauma, and take action toward a new way of being is life changing.

My approach to therapy

I have worked with teens, adults, and families for over 20 years in a variety of settings including schools, universities, women’s shelters, and my private practice. I have had the good fortune to work with individuals from diverse racial, sexual/gender identity, and spiritual communities. I use a variety of approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, and Coherence Therapy to help clients reclaim themselves and live the life they want to live.

What you can expect from me

I am deeply committed to helping people make the changes they want in their lives. My clients typically leave each session with new tools, fresh insights, and a game plan for tackling the challenges in front of them. I utilize homework and between session communication to help clients experience on-going progress.
