My approach to therapy

My treatment approach is eclectic. I don't believe in a one-size fits-all approach and offer highly personalized therapy tailored to you and your family. I facilitate conversations directed toward establishing trust, increased self awareness and personal growth. I use a no-nonsense approach of honesty and compassion.

What you can expect from me

The intake process involves an in-depth biopsychosocial assessment. Our work together would identify how past experiences have shaped how you approach life today. In doing this, you can be freed to change behaviors that prevent you from moving forward. I believe in utilizing peoples strengths and competencies to help individuals access those parts of themselves to facilitate healing and to become empowered.
