Specializes in

Anxiety, Depression, Men's Issues, Relationship Issues, and Stress

Great to meet you!

The areas I most commonly treat are Anxiety, Depression, Stress, and Relationship Issues. I've been practicing for about 13 years and I have taught at the University level for about 7 years. I enjoy empowering clients to find the happiness they come looking for.

A bit about my approach to therapy

For individual counseling I like to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I find the story we tell ourselves and the way we think about ourselves can often get in the way of our growth. For relationship issues I like to use Emotionally Focused Therapy as I feel it helps us learn how to disagree or navigate conflict more productively.

What you can expect from our first session

Throughout our sessions you can expect to have some of your thinking and behavioral patterns challenged, but in a supportive way. I am a soft-spoken guy that aims to be direct in an empathetic way.
