Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 16 years of experience. I am also former Naval Officer of 6 years who provided mental health to active duty and their families. I utilize Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) (i.e, mindfulness and values-focused) as my baseline approach and hypnotherapy, Jungian Psychotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) to help with Trauma. These together make a great team to aide you in your healing process. I believe in developing a healthy Client-Therapist relationship to fully support any other approaches.

My approach to therapy

I focus on changing the narrative of your life. Whose story are you living? Whose story are you telling? These are the questions I desire to aide you in answering. You will learn WHO your are, how to interact with and within your Shadows, and discover your purpose. Your trauma does not have to define your life. And I’d be honored to be part of your story.

What you can expect from me

First session I will gain insight into your reason for seeking counsel and intuitively provide an overview of the direction we will go.
