Great to meet you!

I received my Master's of Social Work in 2010, and have been in private practice since 2012. I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, healing from trauma, and folks with chronic health issues. I am also trained in clinical yoga, which is a 500-hour yoga teacher certification.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach to therapy. I have been trained in EMDR and IFS. Mindfulness approaches tend to be incorporated throughout our sessions, including mindful self-compassion. Sessions may incorporate relaxation breathwork, meditation, or gentle movement.

What you can expect from me

Our therapeutic work begins with gathering information to understand present-day concerns and challenges that you would like to address through therapy, while also learning about the ways your history influences your life. We will also set goals to help direct our work together to ensure your time in therapy is well spent.
