Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in both therapy and organizational leadership, so I don’t just focus on symptoms—I help you understand the patterns and systems shaping your life. I work with teens, college students, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and relationship challenges, and I’m trained in EMDR, CBT, and DBT. My approach is grounded, practical, and focused on real change, helping you feel more steady, clear, and in control—with room for honesty, depth, and even a little humor along the way. I also hold a PhD in Psychology with a focus on Industrial/Organizational psychology.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, fun(ny), direct, and trauma-informed. I integrate EMDR, CBT, and DBT with a focus on emotional awareness, patterns, and nervous system regulation. I help you understand what’s driving your reactions—not just manage them—while building practical skills you can actually use. I offer both support and honest feedback to help you move forward, not stay stuck. I meet you where you are, while helping you move toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get a clear picture of what’s bringing you in and what you want to be different. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, help you begin connecting patterns, and work with you to identify initial goals. You can expect a calm, structured, nonjudgmental space—no pressure to have it all figured out. Most clients leave feeling both understood and a little surprised by how much we covered in one session.
