I’m an Arizona native and have always known that this is where I want to build my life. I believe in being approachable, honest, and supportive—someone people can talk to without feeling judged or rushed. Whether you're going through a difficult time or simply looking for a better way forward, I am here to work with you in a way that fits your needs and goals. Before becoming a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I spent over 12 years in emergency and intensive care units. Those years taught me the importance of being there for people—to be steady, dependable, and present when it matters most. This is something I carry into every interaction today. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Everyone has their own pace, priorities, and definition of progress. My role is to listen, understand what’s important to you, and work together to figure out what truly helps—not just what is supposed to help. Whether it’s managing daily stress, addressing symptoms, or tackling long-standing challenges, I am here to support your goals—not impose my own. Outside of work, family means everything to me. Spending time with my wife and kids keeps me grounded and reminds me of what truly matters. That sense of connection, purpose, and presence is something I strive to bring into my work every day.

I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Arizona, where I developed a deep appreciation for the vibrant landscape and the diverse communities that make this region special. My journey has been enriched by my large, blended family, which includes my wonderful husband and our children. Together, we create a nurturing environment that values connection and togetherness, and I cherish every moment spent traveling and making memories with them.
