I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about mental health and health in general. I am a life long learner and have advanced education in both counseling and behavioral neuroscience, as well as specialized training in Somatic Experiencing®. My clinical focus is on helping individuals recover from childhood trauma, relational trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, and codependency.
My approach is direct but warm, holistic, but grounded, using culturally sensitive care. I believe in work that uncovers the underlying roots of distress—emotional, somatic, and relational—while fostering resilience, awareness, healing, and agency.
