I am a seasoned Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a unique blend of life experiences, training. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse population across various settings, including schools, residential care, hospitals, hospice, crisis care, and a community care center. l graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Bethune-Cookman University and earned a master’s degree in counseling from Webster University.

My approach is deeply rooted in cultural sensitivity, recognizing and respecting the unique differences that shape everyone’s journey toward mental health and well-being.

Recognizing the profound impact of trauma and chronic stress, I am committed to empowering clients to regain control, build essential coping skills, and harmonize the demands of work, school, family, and self-care.
