I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and have been supporting children, individuals, and couples as a therapist for over 20 years. My approach is eclectic and always centered on the unique needs of each client, drawing from different methods to find what works best for you. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your growth and healing.
My style as a therapist is collaborative, encouraging, and direct. I focus on exploring what may be standing in your way, rather than viewing you as the problem. While I often draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I adapt my approach to meet the needs of each client. Together, we’ll work toward building insight, resilience, and practical tools to help you move forward in the ways that matter most to you.
In our first session, you can expect a conversation that helps me get to know you—what feels most important for me to understand as we begin our work together. My goal is for the story of your life to unfold at your own pace, in a way that feels safe, supportive, and truly heard.
