Great to meet you!

Over my career, I've been able to help children, adolescents, and adults who have been abused in every way possible heal from the hurt and move forward in life. If this might be you, I'd love to have a talk to see if I'm a fit to help you in your journey.

My approach to therapy

I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can finally open up without fear of ridicule or rejection. Together, we will confront past trauma, overcome obstacles, and navigate the path to a renewed sense of confidence and purpose. I am here to remind you that giving up is not an option—because healing is possible if we choose it.

What you can expect from me

Lots of jokes. Therapy can be very intimidating. I want to focus on building a strong relationship, rapport and trust. A relaxed environment is essential when developing a therapeutic relationship, creating a safe place to build trust. Rules and regulations will be discussed, and a plan of action, goals, and direction will be agreed on before making a schedule for our next appointment.
