Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can show up as you are. I believe in meeting clients where they are, offering compassion without judgment, and helping them develop practical tools for healing, growth, and lasting change. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels supportive while building the confidence and resilience needed to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, authentic, and personalized. My role is to meet clients where they are while helping them move toward where they want to be. I integrate trauma-informed care with CBT, DBT, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and play therapy to support healing, growth, and resilience. Together, we'll explore patterns, build practical tools, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

I view the first session as the beginning of a conversation, not an interrogation. We'll spend time exploring your story, current challenges, strengths, and what you hope life might look like if things felt better. I want clients to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful—not overwhelmed by paperwork or pressure. Together, we'll start building a plan that feels realistic, meaningful, and tailored to your needs.
