I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience working with individuals across the lifespan. I specialize in autism, ADHD, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and substance use, while also supporting a wide range of mental health needs. I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel understood, respected, and supported. My goal is to help you feel more stable, confident, and in control of your mental health.
My approach is collaborative, individualized, and practical. I work closely with you to understand your unique experiences and tailor treatment to your needs, whether that includes medication management, education, or lifestyle support. I focus on clear communication, realistic goals, and building trust so you feel comfortable and involved in your care. I am also a big proponent of working with supplements and herbal remedies with clinical evidence showing effectiveness.
In our first session, we’ll take time to understand your history, current concerns, and what you’re hoping to get out of treatment. I’ll ask questions to get a full picture while making sure you feel comfortable and heard. Together, we’ll begin creating a plan that feels manageable and aligned with your goals.
