I am a therapist based out of Charlotte, NC I obtained my Master of Social Work with a clinical concentration from UNC Chapel Hill. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, trauma, perinatal mental health conditions, and other life transitions. I am a member of the International OCD Foundation, Association for Contextual Behavioral Science, and have completed training with Postpartum Support International, and EMDRIA.

My approach to therapy

I utilize evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), as needed.
