Great to meet you!

Thank you for choosing to consider therapy. I am honored to walk alongside clients who are struggling and seek healing. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been a practicing therapist for over 11 years.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I particularly assist with interpersonal and relational issues, religious and spiritual shifting or deconstruction, and trauma healing. While I have experience supporting clients of many backgrounds, I am especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ clients, and clients who are experiencing religious deconstruction/loss and the unique grief that comes with it. My preferred method of therapy is a combination of EMDR, IFS, and Existential models, helping clients to explore meaning and connect to themselves.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapeutic connection/dynamic is crucial to benefitting from therapy. Please feel free to reach out to me for a free 15 minute consult to further discuss. (NOTE: This practice denounces all forms of racism, xenophobia, sexism, and homophobia, and is both Sex Positive and Trauma Informed.)
