Jennifer specializes in supporting people who are coping with serious medical conditions (chronic pain, cancer, medical trauma, etc.). She is trained in PRT (pain reprocessing therapy) and other modalities to help people with neuroplastic chronic pain as well as other medical needs. With her 20+ years in the field, Jennifer offers a collaborative approach to help build resiliency and regain fulfillment when medical situations make life increasingly complex.

My approach to therapy

Jennifer prioritizes ethical, collaborative, culturally competent approaches with you as the head of the team. She values honest communication, healthy boundaries, & mutual respect. Through the use of evidence-based techniques & research, she individualizes sessions to build upon strengths & address underlying needs. Using CBT, DBT, IFS, PRT, creative arts, & other approaches, she ensures your unique goals are effectively met in a manner & pace that fits for you.
