Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience who is committed to helping children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families learn how to cope with mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief/loss, adjustment, self-esteem, sexuality issues, relationship issues, divorce, self-injury, suicidal ideation, medication management, and co-parenting.

My approach to therapy

My theoretical framework is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, believing our thought patterns directly affect our behavior and working to change unproductive thought patterns to achieve emotional wellbeing. As a registered yoga instructor as well, I also incorporate mindfulness techniques (when applicable) to help clients gain awareness and balance within themselves. In my practice, I recognize every individual is different and strive to tailor my approach to meet their specific needs.

What you can expect from me

My passion for counseling stems from my desire to help others and to be a part of removing the stigma of mental illness. I strive to create an environment where I work with my clients to achieve their goals. My objective is to meet you where you are and act as a guide along your journey.
