Great to meet you!

I bring extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. I have specialized expertise in neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and speech and language disorders. My background includes comprehensive psychological assessments for ages 3 to 65, with a focus on ADHD, autism, psychoeducational evaluations, fitness-for-duty assessments, and evaluations for military personnel and first responders. I have a strong passion for supporting veterans, active-duty service members, dependents, and retirees across all branches of the military. Additionally, I have experience in primary care psychology, helping clients navigate chronic pain, nicotine cessation, diabetes management, and weight-related concerns. I work with both individuals and couples and have specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which informs my compassionate, skills-based, and solution-oriented approach.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with a warm, collaborative presence where clients feel genuinely seen and supported. My work is rooted in an empowering framework, helping individuals reconnect with their own strengths and inner resilience. Together, we focus on practical, solution-oriented strategies that foster meaningful change, while also holding space for reflection, healing, and growth. My goal is to create a safe environment where clients feel both understood and equipped to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling supported, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to navigate challenges. Our work together focuses on building clarity, fostering resilience, and developing solution-focused strategies that promote meaningful growth both in and outside of the therapy space.
