Great to meet you!

I have been in the helping field for over 17 years. I work with children, adolescents, couples, & families. Working with all of these age groups has helped me to have a better worldview of how issues affect us throughout different stages of our lives. I specialize in the following: depression & anxiety, stress management, trauma, conflict resolution, intimacy & relationship issues, and couples counseling... Please call my cell at 828 382-8565 for availability. The calendar may not be current.

My approach to therapy

My approach is cognitive behavioral therapy with family systems, but I also believe that an integrated approach allows us to use the events that have hurt us over the years to actually strengthen us today. It is a process but I am here to guide & support you through getting to a healthier you.I am full of gratitude for the opportunities I have to work with you. I also use EMDR.

What you can expect from me

I understand the trauma & stress that we all have felt at one time or another. Self-care is something that is very important to me & we will focus on learning & using skills that help us to make the issues more manageable. I have a tool box of skills for issues that set us back. Relief is around the corner! I offer teletherapy and in office sessions.828 382-8565
