Great to meet you!

Trained in EMDR, IFS, Somatic Experiencing and mindfulness, I integrate mind/body work and neuroscience to support safety, embodiment and meaningful change. My practice is non-pathologizing, queer and neurodivergent affirming and body and collective liberation oriented.

My approach to therapy

I take a kind and authentic approach to therapy. My style is warm, flexible, respectful and intuitive, and our work is shaped by your goals and focused on your needs. Many of my clients have experienced systemic, attachment or complex trauma, are navigating life transitions, and may be seeking a more embodied and self-compassionate relationship with themselves. Many of my clients are also highly sensitive, neurodivergent, creative, intuitive or feel like outsiders.

What you can expect from me

You will find an atmosphere that welcomes your whole self, invites in honesty and vulnerability, and provides you with compassion and deep listening. I honor your pace and inner knowing while gently offering insights, ideas, curiosity and genuine care.
