Great to meet you!

Everyone has an individual story with experiences that make them unique. There is not one answer that fits all. Many times in life we get stuck and are not sure where to turn. We misplace hope, and life gets out of focus. In these times we need support and encouragement to help us realign our lives and discover what we desperately need to find fulfillment and success. In the past 20 years I have walked along side clients through trauma, pain and insecurity back to a path of wholeness, compassion and self discovery.

I specialize in women and children, domestic violence, family trauma, grief and attachment and adoption issues

My approach to therapy

I believe that the counseling journey is one in where both the counselor and the client work together to discover a better sense of self in relationship with others, while growing a more intimate connection with God. Hope is found in true healing and wholeness.

What you can expect from me

My goal in therapy is to help clients walk away feeling empowered, with a deeper love for themselves. Through strength, hope and self discovery, we cultivate holistic healing, nurturing emotional, spiritual and physical well being.
