Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with eight years of experience in the field of therapy, complemented by a diverse background in Sport Psychology and Social Work. My time as a yoga instructor further enriched my approach, allowing me to integrate mind-body practices into my work. These combined experiences have shaped my therapeutic style and the care I provide. I specialize in working with teens and young adults, though I have vibed with a number of clients in the adult population, as well.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to therapy, considering all aspects of a client’s life and how they influence their overall well-being. By integrating mindfulness-based practices with solution-focused techniques, I tailor each session to meet clients where they are. Together, we explore the most effective treatment modalities to support their unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Whether clients seek a safe space to be heard or guidance in solving a specific challenge, they often describe feeling lighter and more at ease after our sessions. Some share that the process is challenging yet rewarding. By blending empathy with humor, I help clients uncover the root of their concerns and support them as we work together toward meaningful resolutions.
