Unpacking uncomfortable feelings and responses to them takes courage to change. I am compassionate and patient in understanding that internal change is a process.
Trauma informed approaches are utilized to provide interactive and exploratory sessions to identify client strengths, while assessing barriers that may be interfering with becoming the best version of oneself.
Having a safe, neutral space to talk about their life, feeling respected and validated, talk about changes that will improve their communication and overall well-being, help with how you think about your trauma and how to shift to more helpful thinking.
