Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Lorena, a licensed therapist based in Arizona. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space—somewhere you can show up fully, without judgment, and begin to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that every person’s story is unique, so I tailor our work together to fit your individual needs, goals, and pace. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques to support healing, growth, and self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave our sessions feeling supported, heard, and more equipped to handle life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work on building insight into patterns and behaviors, developing healthier ways of coping, and creating practical tools you can use in everyday life.

Many clients share that they gain a deeper understanding of themselves, improved emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self-worth. While therapy is a process, my goal is for each session to offer something meaningful—whether it’s a shift in perspective, a sense of relief, or simply the experience of being truly understood.
