Melinda Arias

Hello,

My name is Melinda Arias and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified (PMHNP-BC). I have been a Registered Nurse for 19 years with a background in women's health and nursing education. I graduated from Regis College in 2021 and have been practicing as a PMHNP-BC for the past 4 years. I specialize in treating depressive disorders including postpartum depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders and ADHD.

When working with clients, I utilize a collaborative approach. It is important to learn the goals of my patients and then develop a plan together to meet those goals.

My passion is to promote the importance of mental health services within our community and to help those in need of mental health care. With each session, we will work together to develop the best plan of care, setting small goals for the next sessions.
