Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Natalie, and I'm so glad you're here! I have a special passion for helping people navigate trauma and life's big transitions, using an approach that's tailored to you, not one-size-fits-all. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, welcoming space, and I strive to bring that warmth to every session. Outside of work, I recharge by exploring the outdoors with my two dogs. I'm looking forward to working together!

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, warm, and rooted in evidence-based care — I lean on trauma-focused therapy, EMDR, CBT, and DBT, tailored to what helps you. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and I work with individuals, couples, and families. Sessions with me are relaxed and genuine — I want you to feel like you can show up as you are, and for in-person sessions, my two dogs are often right there with us, helping keep the space calm and grounded. My hope is that you leave each session feeling a little lighter and a lot more supported.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is really about getting to know each other — no pressure, just an open conversation. We'll talk through what's bringing you in, a bit of your history, and what you're hoping therapy can help you work through. Together, we'll start shaping some initial goals so you leave with a clearer sense of direction, not just more to think about. I aim to make this space feel relaxed and welcoming from the very first minute, so you can be honest and comfortable right away.
